Your satisfaction is our priority at Hazan Fine Jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

 

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the new product or size you’d like. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Resize policy
We’re pleased to offer a one-time complimentary resize within 90 days of your purchase.

Return policy

Insured shipping
Please be aware that all sales are final. However, customers may receive a store credit within 2 weeks of receiving their order, which can be applied toward future purchases. Custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

An adult signature is required upon delivery. All packages are fully insured during transit. Hazan Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost shipments once tracking shows the package has been delivered. We are also not liable for delays caused by the recipient’s unavailability to sign, or by weather or technical issues with the carrier.

If your package is returned to Hazan Fine Jewelry for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your order.

Warranty
We guarantee that all items sold will be free from defects at the time of delivery. If any defects are found, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost. Please let us know within 30 days of delivery.

Exclusions from Warranty: The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including damage from activities or trauma.
  • Loss of diamonds or gemstones.
  • Product loss, theft, or failure to obtain necessary repairs to maintain the integrity of the jewelry.
  • Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than by Hazan fine jewelry, which will void the warranty.

Common Jewelry Issues NOT Covered by Warranty:

  • Discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, makeup, or exposure to pools, baths, or hot tubs.
  • Natural wear of precious metals, especially prongs, which may require restoration work over time.
  • Prong damage or bending from everyday wear, leading to the potential loss of a diamond.
  • Loss of diamonds due to damage from regular wear or external forces.
  • Theft.

Repairs
We are pleased to offer repair services for items purchased from Hazan Fine Jewelry. Each piece will be carefully inspected prior to acceptance, and a repair quote will be provided following the inspection. Please note, the estimated lead time for repairs is up to 14 business days.

Engraving

Engraving is available for an additional charge of $50. To request engraving, please enter your desired text in the “comments” box at checkout or email us your order number along with the request at info@hazanfinejewelry.com.

Please note, the character limit for engraving is 15.

Jewelry Upgrade Program

We are pleased to offer an upgrade program for items purchased from Hazan Fine Jewelry. To be eligible, all items must be authentic and originally purchased from our store. Certain exceptions may apply.

To qualify for an upgrade, the new piece must be valued at least double the price of the original item being traded in. When returning an item for trade, appraisal reports and any related paperwork must be submitted along with the item for inspection.

The trade-in items must be in good condition and free from damage. Hazan Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any trade-in at our discretion based on the condition or authenticity of the piece.
