In-stock items will be shipped within 3–7 business days of purchase. Made-to-order and out-of-stock items typically ship within 2–4 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your personalized timeline. When your order is ready, we’ll send you the tracking information as soon as it has been dispatched.

We’re pleased to offer a one-time complimentary resize within 90 days of your purchase.
Please be aware that all sales are final. However, customers may receive a store credit within two weeks of receiving their order, which can be applied toward future purchases. Custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

An adult signature is required upon delivery. All packages are fully insured during transit. Hazan Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost shipments once tracking shows the package has been delivered. We are also not liable for delays caused by the recipient’s unavailability to sign, or by weather or technical issues with the carrier.
If your package is returned to Hazan Fine Jewelry for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your order.
We guarantee that all items sold will be free from defects at the time of delivery. If any defects are found, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost. Please let us know within 30 days of delivery.
We are pleased to offer repair services for items purchased from Hazan Fine Jewelry. Each piece will be carefully inspected prior to acceptance, and a repair quote will be provided following the inspection. Please note, the estimated lead time for repairs is up to 14 business days.
Engraving is available for an additional charge of $50. To request engraving, please enter your desired text in the “comments” box at checkout or email us your order number along with the request at info@hazanfinejewelry.com.

We are pleased to offer an upgrade program for items purchased from Hazan Fine Jewelry. To be eligible, all items must be authentic and originally purchased from our store. Certain exceptions may apply.
To qualify for an upgrade, the new piece must be valued at least double the price of the original item being traded in. When returning an item for trade, appraisal reports and any related paperwork must be submitted along with the item for inspection.
The trade-in items must be in good condition and free from damage. Hazan Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any trade-in at our discretion based on the condition or authenticity of the piece.

Certain gemstones require additional care due to their delicate nature. Basic precautions should be taken with all jewelry, but gemstones like amethyst, emerald, kunzite, opal, pearl, peridot, tanzanite, and tourmaline are especially vulnerable to scratches and damage.
